Harvest Capital closed a $7,750,000 loan in Mooresville, North Carolina for the refinancing of 70 completed townhome lots. This funding aims to support operational efficiencies for our local partner and underscores Harvest Capital's commitment to serving single-family housing in the Charlotte MSA.
