New Acquisition & Development Loan Financing - Arcadia (Denver, CO MSA)
Harvest Capital announces a $24.3 million loan commitment for the acquisition and development of an in-fill site in Denver, Colorado. The project, comprised of 162 paired-home single-family lots and 345 multi-family units, will undergo site development by Tamarack Land Development. Harvest is excited to expand its program into the Denver market through its partnership with Tamarack.
